City of Jacksonville - Master Recreation Master Plan
Project Overview: As part of a team serving the City of Jacksonville, ADG partnered with GAI Consultants | Community Solutions Group on the Master Recreation Improvement Plan (MRIP) study. The MRIP study helps to create a 10-year vision for a future parks system that responds to the area’s growth, and helps improve, sustain, and enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors in Jacksonville.
Long-Range Transportation Plan: Venture Out JAX 2025
Project Overview: ADG worked with Atkins Global on the communications and public involvement efforts for the public Venture Out JAX 2025, which is the update to the City of Jacksonville’s Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). Venture Out JAX 2025 focused on identifying transportation infrastructure and safety issues throughout Jacksonville and provided a plan for implementing key improvements to the City’s transportation network.
Gainesville Regional Utilities, Integrated Resource Plan
Project Overview: ADG served as the prime contractor on the Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) which is an assessment of the future electric needs and a plan to meet those needs by looking at both demand and supply side resources, conservation plans, and net-zero carbon planning.
Duval County Public Schools Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) Outreach
As part of the OEO outreach efforts, ADG identified and recruited potential SBE, MBE, M/WBE and JSEB firms qualified to participate in the construction of DCPS facilities. This involved reaching out to, educating, and inviting potential OEO participants to attend symposiums and informational meetings on how to participate in the program.
Shipyards West Public Park Design
Project Overview: Shipyards West Public Park is a 10-acre urban park situated along the waterfront of the St. Johns River in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Designed to fit into the string of waterfront parks, this space will reconnect this portion of the City’s waterfront by providing a space for gathering, experiencing nature, learning about local history and heroes, and eating, playing, and relaxing along the banks of the scenic river basin.
Jacksonville Transportation Authority
Project Overview: JTAMobilityWorks, a program of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, used funds from the Local Option Gas Tax to complete 13 roadway projects and projects in 14 mobility corridors throughout Jacksonville. Mobility corridor projects include transit, pedestrian, and bicycle improvements and addressed elements such as sidewalks, bike paths, transit accessibility and amenities, lighting, landscaping, and more.

Project Overview: Construction Communications & OEO Outreach
After 30 years, JEA in Jacksonville, FL, needed a new headquarters. Their specific design requirements included the desire to stay on the north side of the river, wanting to be close to transportation and downtown restaurants, and looking for something more modern with a better capacity fit. Project Overview: ADG served as the sub contractor on the JEA Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) which is an assessment of the future electric needs and a plan to meet those needs by looking at both demand and supply side resources, conservation plans, and net-zero carbon planning.
