Whether you're advancing a mobility initiative, redeveloping a corridor, improving public services, or strengthening community assets, your stakeholders need to understand the vision, the process, and the value. We make that happen.
Every strategy we develop starts with current data: demographics, market trends, community sentiment, economic factors. This data-driven foundation separates assumption from insight. It's why our strategies work.
Every engagement starts with current demographics, market trends, and community sentiment — not assumptions.
We think carefully about how to communicate, to whom, and when so your message lands with the right audiences.
We lead with data, build consensus, and ensure your project moves forward with public support behind it.
They stall when voices aren't heard. They derail when communication strategy is an afterthought. We solve this. We lead with data, build consensus, and ensure your project moves forward with public support behind it. That's not optional. That's essential.
Acuity was founded and is led by Cantrece Jones, a Jacksonville native with deep personal and professional roots in the communities the firm serves. She grew up in a military family, settled in North Jacksonville, and built her career on a simple conviction: the people a project affects deserve to be heard, and projects are stronger when they are.
Over 18 years, she has grown Acuity from a single-person practice into a trusted subconsultant and prime partner on transportation, energy, and infrastructure projects across Florida and the Southeast, with that same community-first instinct guiding every engagement.
We come from the communities we serve. That perspective keeps our engagement honest and our outreach real.
We design outreach so the voices that are usually left out of public projects are the ones we work hardest to reach.
Public support is earned, not assumed. We do the persistent, detailed work that turns participation into outcomes.
